Embroidery top and ruffle skirt/skort

Super cute embroidery, white crop top with blue skirt. The shirt is from Shein and says large, but it runs very small. Fits like a size 4. Wrap around ties in front. Never worn, didn’t feel I could pull it off wearing it. Skirt is medium bought at a boutique. Selling as a set because it’s super cute together.
