Embroidered striped boho multi-color blouse/tunic mini dress

Approximate measurements in photos. No size, material or brand tag (possibly cotton blend). Unsure of material. Slight pulling on embroidery in a few places but not really noticeable. I estimate about a size medium to large but check out photos. C
