Embroidered shirt from Mexico - Flowers, Beautiful

I received this as a gift but unfortunately it no longer fits me. Beautiful red t-shirt with floral embroidered pattern down the side. It was purchased in Mexico. It says that its a women's medium but that is my current size and it does not fit. I would say a size small.
