Size M, Southern Stitch label, ladies shirt, button front, 3/4 sleeves with ties, embroidered flowers on the right side. The photo of the back is distorted when I add it to the listing, but the stripes are as it shows in the close-ups. Fabric content is 100% cotton. NWOT
