Embroidered hippie-like shirt

It is slightly cropped and has slits in the sleeves. Pretty blue pattern embroidery on the front and has a tie in the back. I got it in a boutique and loved it at the time but it just sits in my closet now, only worn twice. Says size large but it honestly fits like a small or medium.
