This is a size 2 Madewell chambray dress. It fits at the waist and then flares out at the hips. It is beautiful and versatile for summer!
This runs slightly large- I am usually a 4 in dresses but this 2 fits well.
There is some discoloration around the neck, which is hardly seen at all when worn.
