Embroidered blouse with hole details and ribbon/bow shoulder detailing

Very cute striped blue and white blouse with embroidery and hole lace - like detailing. Originally purchased from Macy's. Not quite crop style but sits right at the hip. The shoulders have a ribbon detailing with bows you can tie to your liking. the sleeves are 3/4 sleeve with elastic at the end for a slight bubble sleeve look. Size medium, arm hole fits a bit like a small. Originally purchased from Macy's.
