Embroidered anthropologie skirt Sz4

Adorable purple embroidered HD in Paris mini skirt from Anthropologie. Only worn 2 or 3 times and now it’s too small for me. It has pleats in the front and back and pockets! The label says machine wash cold but I would definitely dry clean this.
