Embroidered Sweater Size 42(Large?) NWT

This has two hooks at top but doesn’t use any buttons or zipper to close. Is type that you can wear over something & have underpiece show or you can just pull together for most part. It’s called deep violet color & size might be European but measures as a US large with chest across front at armpits being 19” - 22” with sides not completely together. Length is 21 & 1/2”.
