chloe_summer As you can see in the photos, the tightest/smallest point on the dress is on the waist where the back zipper starts. The dress has no bust restriction as it is an open back and you can easily adjust all spaghetti straps to your comfort. That being said, after looking at a standard US women size chart, a waist of 26" (13"×2) is still considered a Small, so that is the size I would recommend for you.
