Measurements flat: 13.5” flat across waist 23.5” waist to hem Says size 6 but please see measurements. Excellent condition. Knee length. Slits on side for easy moving. Not worn. Purchased from a country music auction. I don’t remember which artist closet it came from. I purchased from a few. This is just not the right length for me.
