Embroidered Mexican floral blouse

Pretty off white cotton top with Mexican flowers embroidered on the neck ruffle. No size tag but fits me as if it were a medium. Measurements are flat and approximate: pit to pit 21", length is about 22". Can be worn on or off the shoulders because the neckline has a lot of elastic stretch!
