Embroidered Mexican Shift Dress M

Really cool handmade Mexican summer dress! Neon colors with gold metallic accents in the embroidery. Vintage feel and style in this shift dress. Best suited for a size M. Measurements taken flat: 21” bust, 35” length. A few small faint stains as noted in the last 3 pics. I haven’t tried to get them out (because they aren’t really noticeable imo) besides with regular washing. Drop any Qs in the comments. Thanks.
