Embroidered Messenger Shoulder Crossbody Bag Purse Boho Festival Handmade?

I haven’t been able to identify a maker for this bag, so it may be a handmade one of a kind. It also may be vintage. The condition is great, aside from pen marks inside as pictured. I think that the spots pictured are fabric flaws, rather than damage. Please see pictures for measurements. If you have any info on it, I’d be happy to hear from you.
