Does this dress run true to size or does it run on the large or the small size? I am 5’8” , 128 lbs. and some B&A dresses that fit me are size 6 but others I go to a 4. So hard to know. What is the length of the dress, measuring from the shoulder to the bottom hem? Thank you so much for your help. I am so happy to have discovered your beautiful dress!😊
