There is no belt but it looks best with a leather belt. Size 8 The Bust flat is 19" The waist is 14" Measurements are approximate (note: this is a disclaimer that there is room for error in the above measurements!) There is an interior slip that is blue and attached to the dress on the shoulder seams. There are buttons at the front of the dress for the closure.
