Embroidered Black Dress

I bought this dress for my friend's wedding but unfortunately, it didn't fit. The colors are really pretty and perfect for summer! The embroidery looks amazing, especially the detail on the sleeves. The 00 sizing measures a 32" bust, 24.5" waist, and a 35" hip. Originally a $400.00 dress. New with tags.
