Is this for one or two mugs? Can you post pic of inside? Do they work? Anything wrong with them?

It is for both, the charge is between 30 to 60 mins. I usually drink my coffee in 15 mins. I don't like technology, so sometimes you need to jiggle the mug on the base for the green charge light to pop on. But for $15 it is a good deal.
