Embellished classy mini dress

Tobi size small embellished shoulders with pearls, rhinestones, beads and jewels. Super classy with a bit of sexy. Color is off white. There’s some faint marks on the hem in the front of the dress but it’s not too noticeable. EUC! No missing embellishments!
