Embellished Dress with Low Cut Back detial SizeS

I purchased this dress over 10 years ago. I recall it was an independent designer and I loved this fresh summer look for a day party. I have worn this on a couple of occasions but it's in great condition. The material is synthetic, it's stretchy and I would recommend it for sizes 8 maybe 10. I'm now a size 12 and it does fit but a little too short for me now. The dress has an undershirt but it's still a little transparent. I used to wear it as a beach dress with a white bikini. The top of the dress includes shoulder padding so it creates a sturdy shape and looks failored while the rest if more relaxed fit. It's very unique, sexy and feminine.
