Elvis Presley GI Blues 1978 Betamax Videocassette Factory Sealed

There is a sticker on top that says Spanish. I dont know what it refers to as there is nothing in the notes to suggest it is a Spanish version. The plastic is stained but not broken at all, no breaks or tears
