Elvis Presley Commemorative Colorized Bank Note $2 Bill with COA It is difficult to read the series year; it's either 2003 or 2008. This collector bank note is in a blue holder; back side of the holder is a little dirty with a white spot (see photos). The plastic on the inside holding the $2 bill and COA is wrinkly from years of storage.
