Elsamanda tie waist cardigan. A poncho like style with snap button front. Made in Italy. 60% acrylic, 15% alpaca, 15% wool, and 10% viscose. There is a lightly discolored spot on the tie as well as some fluffing on the material. Please see photos. Otherwise it is in good pre-owned condition. Size medium. Lying flat the length is approximately 28 inches from shoulder to hem. It measures approximately 23 inches across at the bottom.
