Black kimono-tie dress - the brand refers to the material as scuba knit. I bought this dress because my waist is several sizes smaller than my hips and the self wrap-around tie would let me adjust the fit accordingly. Can be dressed up to cocktail or down for work with a statement necklace and boots. Never worn with tags.
