Eloquii Tiered Blue Midi Skirt

Fun and flirty tiered midi skirt from Eloquii in a beautiful light blue! This skirt has great movement to it and the elastic waistband makes for a comfortable fit! Labeled as size 14/16. There is a manufacturing flaw near the waistband where you can see tiny marks from when the skirt was being sewn but they aren't noticeable while wearing (see last photo for example).
