Eloquii Studio Tulle Midi Skirt sz 18 NWT

Gorgeous skirt!! Never worn, still in original packaging. Three layers of floaty tulle over a polysatin lining. Side zipper, partly elastic back. Approx measurements W 40, L 28. Machine wash and the tag says tumble dry low but I would just hang to drip dry if I were you. The color was called Tibetan Stone but it is the most ethereal sky blue. So pretty!
