Size 16 (plus) black and white maxi dress has a fit and flare silhouette and elongating vertical stripes. Dress length is 58". Pullover styling. Belt included. Main material is 100% Polyester; shoulder area is 100% Cotton. Machine washable! White cotton area of dress is slightly faded from previous washing. No other flaws. @sadie1dog There is a waist seam, but it's very loose. The belt cinches it. I'll get the pit to pit measurement for you shortly!

@sadie1dog It's about 21.5" pit to pit. There's some stretch in the solid white part of the fabric as well. I hope that helps!
