Floral Ruffle Hem Skirt is a pencil skirt with a twist. Featuring a delicate Japanese floral brushstroke pattern and a ruffled, asymmetrical hem-the epitome of flirty and feminine. Scuba fabrication and an exposed back zipper finish this piece. Scuba fabric makes this skirt so flattering and the shape is so fun! Skirt has some pilling that I have tried to show in the photos. To be fair, I have priced this item well below the bottom end of the suggested price.
