Eloquii Floral Cutout Short Sleeve Maxi Dress

Eloquii pink/red floral short sleeve maxi dress. Features an asymmetrical cutout on the chest. Short balloon sleeves with elasticized hems. Scooped in the back. Collar is high and has attached ties that tie in the back. This had the tags attached but I removed them to give it a wash. Questions?
