Eloquii Elements Chambray Balloon Sleeve Dress

Eloquii Elements chambray balloon sleeve dress. One of my favorite dresses but I’ve lost some weight and it’s too big now. It is on the short side, I’m 5’6 and still wore it as a dress but it would also make a cute tunic. Size 18/20 but it runs a little big in my opinion.
