Elolvh Ultrashine Moisture Shampoo

I originally bought the same thing directly from Evolvh and it just wasn’t the same for my hair as the old formula. So when I saw the old formula picture on Houseofbeauty.com I got excited and bought it. You can imagine my disappointment when the new formula arrived. So basically this is something I pulled out of the box, realized it wasn’t what I wanted and can’t return because the company wasn’t allowing returns cuz of covid and now they don’t answer their phones. SO... This is BRAND NEW.
