Ellos dress - black with white, purple, blue flowers

Sweet maxi dress with tie front and button placket. Back elastic stretches for comfort. The flowers are mostly white with lovely touches of purple and smoke blue. New with tag and extra button attached. The size tag was missing when I got it. Never worn.
