Ellos Square Neck Cotton Blouse

Navy blue summer top. The brand name Ellos this square neck three-quarter sleeve top is 100% cotton. With a beautiful crocheted detail at the neckline. The top is labeled a 3X 30/32. I purchased this for myself and found that even though it said 3X 30/32 is a much larger size than I needed. See measurements below.
