Black 96% polyester 4% spandex skirt, polyester shell underneath. There are 3 layers to this skirt. The 1st one being a super soft polyester satin I feel type material then there is a really soft tool then there is a slip that has tool sewn on the bottom to give a little bit of a poof. There is a satin bow on the front and zips on the side. Super cute for the holidays
