Ellison Sm Ruffle Off Shoulder Stripe Summer Dress

Very cute off the shoulder dress w/ pockets. Dark blue, olive green , blush , & white stripes. Tie in back for a little xtra fun. There is a little bit of fraying at the end of the ruffle, see picture. This dress was only worn a few times and was gently cared for. Still has a lot of life left.
