NWT-brand new with 1 partial tag. Black and white top- is sewn down the sides but sleeves connect to the bottom- please see pictures- great soft feel. Armpit to armpit is approximately 15 inches with lots of stretch- great feel to this fabric! a tie on each side- not functional just decoration.
