Ellen Tracy skirt

Knee length a-line skirt. Deep blue waist band. Skirt has black background with flowers in vibrant fusia, turquoise and purple flowers. Pairs well with button down blouse, cardigan or came and blazer. Keep it casual with flats or level up with heels. Zipper close with hook and eye. Size 12P, but fits more like a 10. I am not petite, and I wear a size 12, and it fit me.
