Ellen Tracy black and teal pencil dress

This is a very sophisticated pencil dress from Ellen Tracy. Teal overlay over a black base. Detachable belt. I would really love to keep this one but it just doesn’t fit in the hips anymore. Excellent condition. Probably only worn a handful of times. I am always open to negotiation so please make me an offer!
