Skirt is 23" in length. Waistband is 37" x 1.5" with 8" long navy blue polyester zipper and hook & eye mid-back closure. 7" vent or pleat mid-back @ hem. Front has two 2" wide central box pleats at waist. Hip measurement is 45" around. Each side seam has a slanted 6" pocket. 100% polyester fabric has a pattern of light blue, light green, white, gray and navy. Fully lined in 100% navy polyester. Machine washable.
