Elle heart pattern fit and flare dress

Black and white/cream heart patterned fit and flare dress by Elle. Halter style with button closer at neck; zippers on the side. Bought on Posh but did not fit. Caution on fit - I am size 10/12 and D cup and this was tight but I could zip it. If you are larger than C cup this would not be a good fit; C may be pushing it as I was really squished in there. Can provide measurements if interested.
