Elle floral ruffle bust dress

Elle floral dress with a ruffle draping over the bust maxi length dress - mannequin is 5'8 and this hits her below her ankles i tied a piece of ribbon on the straps in the back to shorten it just a bit without hemming it - you can easily just snip the ribbon off like you would a package! straps are adjustable in length silky, stretchy material - not sheer size small - definitely fits oversized, i'd say a very loose small or a size medium
