Elle black/white striped shorts

GUC lined shorts in women’s size 10. Lined shorts. Black trim accent. Shorts have minor piling which is typical for this material. No stains or rips. Waist measures about 17” laying flat, 3.5” inseam, inseam 10.5”. These look great with a cute red top and wedges!
