Elle Sleeveless LBD with Elastic Waist and Faux Wrap Look

Elle little black dress is size 2. Sleeveless with a forgiving elastic waist and super flattering faux wrap look. The surplice top gives a v-neck and have a small button and elastic loop to secure it shut. The skirt looks like a wrap, and the top layer is cut on an angle and has a fluttery ruffle.
