Elle Skirted Overcoat/Trench Coat

Elle Size 12 Women’s Black Skirted overcoat. My favorite jacket and it’s too big for me now. I have bought 3 of these over the years. Not bc they don’t last (my husband ruined in wash) unsure if this is considered overcoat or trench coat. Great jacket for layering, work or with a dress. I also have a size 10 missing belt.
