katie_long08 @kareninezlewis hi there. The material is 100% Cotton. Bust measures at 18.5”, shoulder to bottom is just over 24.5” and sleeve width is 4”

katie_long08 @kareninezlewis you’re welcome. I wouldn’t describe the material as stiff, but I’m not quite sure what you mean by flowing. It is not a heavy material and is light/breathable. Does that help? 😀
