This is a lovely a-line style from Elle. Classic sleeveless fit and flare that can be worn for either the office or an evening out! Woven panel in the center with horizontal stripes and the side panels provide an hourglass image. It's a slightly thicker material, but has good stretch and is very comfortable. Falls right around knee-length. Discrete loops for a 1/2-inch belt sewn into sides. Excellent used condition - worn to maybe 2-3 events.
