Elle Chiffon Flutter Sleeve Dress

This is an adorable, light weight Elle faux-wrap dress that’s great for spring, summer or fall. The dress is done in hues of peach, burnt orange, burgundy, black and sage green. The flutter sleeves and the ruffled neckline give it a flirty and feminine air. The dress has a side zipper and ribbon belt. There is a slip, that goes under it,which has adjustable straps. It goes to the knee on me, but I’m 5’1".
