Elle Black and White Polka Dot summer Dress

Chic black dress with white polka dots. Features a ruffled neckline and adjustable straps. Perfect for casual outings. Above knee. Never worn but it doesn't look brand new. Maybe because I've had it in my closet for a while. Perfect condition though.
