Ella Moss Strapless Dress in Black

This is a black Ella Moss “Pascale” strapless dress - size XS. It is slightly pleated at the bodice and empire waist. It is unlined and is made of 97% rayon/3% spandex. This dress is new never been worn, but no tags. I love this dress but it is a tiny bit too small in the bust for me.
