Ella Moon Smocked Gingham Off the Shoulder Dress

This dress is so very cute but never worked right on me! No tags but otherwise brand new. So it’s NWOT. The material is great quality and layered, and the criss-cross top is design from gathered fabric sewn with elastic so it’s easy to wear in the off-the-shoulder style. This can be worn as is or styled with a belt and flats. I love pairing black & white gingham with red accents. For taller folks this could be alternatively styled as a tunic, with black leggings or white skinny jeans. Size S
